Ziyue Zhang began her postgraduate studies at China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2023 and entered the Ph.D. program in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 2024. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at China University of Petroleum (Beijing) and a visiting researcher at CERENA, Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, Portugal. Her research interests include multiphase flow in wellbores and formations, intelligent wellbore flow modeling, and digital twin technologies for drilling engineering.
