On going
The SUS.STARCH project aims to develop innovative agri-food products, such as low-glycaemic sugars, biovanillin, proteins for human nutrition, and clean-label starches. In parallel, it promotes the transition to a greener energy strategy by valorising COPAM's industrial by-products and waste streams for the production of sustainable biofuels.
