10th Edition of PhD Open Days at Técnico Lisboa

The 10th edition of the Técnico PhD Open Days is an event that brings together over a thousand PhD students, industry professionals, alumni, and members of the academic community. This annual gathering is a platform for PhD candidates to present their research and engage with the academic community, companies and alumni. 

CERENA PhD students will participate to the event, showcasing their research at the permanent poster exhibition. Discussions and debates will be featured throughout the event. Additionally, an alumni session will highlight the career paths of former PhD students. The first day will also include the “Técnico Innovation Summit,” a public exhibition focusing on the scientific achievements from the PRR Mobilizing Agendas, led by IST researchers. During this segment, PhD students will have the opportunity to engage with companies through speed-dating interviews, offering insights into various professional environments and career possibilities.
