The field work consisted in determining occupational hazards and assess the risks of the sectors, resulting in the definition of risk levels to sectors and the registration of workers' characteristics, in order to determine their vulnerabilities. From the obtained data, were established three criterions levels to local access, namely: access allowed, conditioned access and access to authorized personnel. The simulation model proposal developed can be an important resource that allows endow the organizations of tools for a more effective prevention. © 2014 Taylor & Francis Group, London, UK.
